I have had my car serviced here for the past 7 years and I can state without hesitation that they are the absolute BEST! The staff here are honest, conscientious, courteous, well-qualified and they really do go the "extra mile" to ensure that the customer is completely satisfied. If you are looking for a shop to take your Honda for routine maintenance and/or for a repair, do yourself a favor and bring it to the good folks at Honda Auto Center of Bellevue! Since I began taking my car here, I've learned that there are 3 things you can count on in life: 1) Death; 2) Taxes; and; 3) Great service from the good folks at Honda Auto Center of Bellevue! more

Used BMW Purchase 7/14/2010

I purchased a used 2007 BMW 328i wagon form Honda of Bellevue in July and Dennis Ouellette was the sales associate that assisted me. Dennis did a great job of listening to my needs and wants financially for purchasing this vehicle. We continued to communicate back and forth for approximately one month prior to me purchasing this vehicle. Dennis was finally able to get me close to what I was asking for my trade and I purchased the BMW at a terrific deal. Financing and the paperwork was a breeze and I definitely feel like I was treated fairly and with respect. I would recommend Honda of Bellevue to my friends and family. more

Good: the low pressure sales, friendly, reasonable prices. Other: I am a 23 year old woman and it is a scary thing to walk into a car dealership.I went to a few other dealerships and it was really intimidating and sleezy. I went to honda of bellevue a few weeks ago and met Howie t. And he is truly the nicest car salesman i have ever met. at first they didnt have the car i wanted but he kept letting me know when something came in i may like, and today i bought my honda civic for exactly 10k and i am very happy with it. Buying a Honda Car at Bellevue Honda-Correction 6/9/2010

Good: The wide selections of Honda models, exterior colors, and interior colors. Best of all my honest to goodness sales man. I did a previous review and I owe my salesman an apology. I misspelled his first name. His correct name is Dennis Ouellette.. Bad: Not much on the sales department. But I have my first impression on their service department. It seems that they might need a little help improving the Service Advisor customer service approach. A little extra friendlier response from them will do the trick.. Improvements: Keep up the friendly atmosphere and excellent customer relation at their sales department as well as their finance office.. Other: I am very pleased with the service I got from my sales man Dennis Ouellette and I highly recommend him if ever and whenever you need a Honda car. Buying a Honda Car at Bellevue Honda 6/5/2010

I purchased my 4th Honda car (new addition to my fleet of Hondas) last May, 2010 at Bellevue Honda. When I visited the dealership, my original intention was just to look around. I have been there in the past (during the time when I bought my other Honda cars) but I ended up buying my other Hondas from another dealership. Although I knew that Bellevue is the top selling dealership in Washington, I also thought that they are a bit arrogant in dealing with their customer; until I met Denise Ouellette who sold me my newest Honda car. My first impression with Denise is the same thing but surely changed after a longer conversation. He is a funny guy and a nice person deep inside. He is an honest, down to earth, straight forward person. He gave me a lot of advice and good suggestions. The other person that I truly enjoyed working with is Ryan Jackman, one of their finance manager. Like typical dealership, Ryan tried to sell me other miscellaneous stuff. But he is not one of those typical; Ryan in my opinion is an honest and kind person. He did not push me but rather he sure explained the good thing of what he’s selling. He let me think it through with out forcing the sale to me. I never bought an extended warranty of any kind in my entire life because I don’t like the idea of forced sale but I finally broke the chain with him. When you need a new car and you are looking for a Honda, I highly recommend Denise Ouellette of Bellevue Honda. Denise is a veteran sales person in Bellevue Honda. He made my car buying experience a pleasant one. Be sure to ask for Ryan Jackman, Finance Manager, after the negotiation deal is over and ready for the paperwork. Ryan did the icing in the cake for a pleasurable buying experience for me. more

Car Purchase 5/24/2010

Good: Amazingly, everything...(except having to pay). From the beginning to the very end, it was a really good experience. Gil DeLaCruz could not have been better or more pleasant as the salesman, and it continued with all others in the dealership.. Bad: There were no negatives, to our great surprise.. Improvements: None. Other: While there are horror stories about car purchases, and deservedly so, based on our experience, we will be active in recommending Gil and the dealership to any one who is interested.. more

This is the place to go for good honest service and a smooth transaction. Our salesperson Howie Te was completely pressure-free as he guided us through the showroom and the necessary steps to complete our purchase. His advice and his professionalism were spot-on, and he even gave us a follow-up call the next day to make sure we didn't have any questions. Having come over from the UK to work in the US the whole buying a car idea was frought with concern but not when I visited Honda Bellevue. I didn't feel pressurized, the representative, in this case Howie, listened to what I was looking for in a car, how much I wanted to spend and helped me along each step of the way. I would not hesitate in buying from Howie or Honda Bellevue in the future. We are delighted with our car and the service we recieved. more

Finally got my Ridgeline! 3/24/2010

Stopped for a free hotdog and got the best deal ever on the truck I've wanted since they first came out- a Ridgleline. The sales rep recognized my wife from about 25 years ago and when she said I was looking at trucks he set up the deal. By the end of the afternoon I was in my new truck! It is awesome! Used car purchase overall good 3/24/2010

This dealer had the used vehicle we were looking for (05 BMW) and we needed to trade in a leased Honda. We worked with Tom Jorgensen. After a test drive, we noticed the vehicle needed a few things repaired. Tom assured us they would take care of everything, and made an appt at a BMW dealer to address all the issues and arranged a loaner vehicle for us. This appt will happen a week from now so we'll see how that ends up. After fairly long negotiation working with Tom and Cal on the numbers, they were able to get us very close to where we needed to be. Then the finance guy (Andrew) uncovered a $2000 'mistake' in the initial deal made by the sales manager not in our favor. After a couple phone calls and number changing they got our number back to where it needed to be and absorbed the mistake. Overall Tom was very professional and I would work with him again. I wish the sales people would mention up front all the 'surprise' charges they try to hit you with in the finance office so they are not surprises that could potentially add to your cost that you had already agreed to. But that is a tactic that is used at all dealerships not just this one. more

Awful repair facility. Don't go there. 1/23/2009

I went to have some brake work done. They didn't do the brake work and they broke a stud, requiring a new wheel bearing. When I told them about it, they claimed they knew nothing about it. At the same time I had the master cylinder replaced. About a year later, I now have a leak in my brake line. I assume they hire rookie repair folks, and don't give a crap if they break your car. This is a disreputable crooked outfit. Don't go there. more

I took an earlier writer’s advice on Cal Scott. My son was moving to Seattle for his first job, and I was able to negotiate the entire new car purchase with Cal over the telephone from the East Coast. Bellevue Honda offered an extremely fair price for the Accord without the usual negotiation/sales manager games. Cal picked us up at the hotel and the entire purchase transaction was completed in about an hour. There was a Honda manufacturing defect that was uncovered after about 100 miles on the car, and Cal stepped in to make sure that the correction was made without any problems. In summary, Cal Scott is a straightforward, ethical guy who makes commitments he can keep and keeps the commitments that he makes. He and Bellevue Honda are highly recommended. more

Idiots 10/30/2007

I brought my '94 honda civic key in to be duplicated - and waited a half hour only for them to finally demonstrate to me that they couldn't do it. I gave them my key, all my car info, and a key blank, and they cut it wrong. When I asked if I could have another blank, they wanted to charge me $8 for it! After all that fun, I stopped in at a local locksmith shop (next to Fred Meyer on 148th) who made me a perfect duplicate in under 5 minutes. more
