Caused damage, incomplete repairs 3/16/2011

CEILING DAMAGE! Called to schedule repairs based on a recommendation. Answered phone unprofessionally and did not introduce self-had to inquire if this was a plumber I had reached. Arrived on time and was polite throughout visit. Left to get parts without letting me know when he would return-2 hours of sitting and waiting. During repairs caused a leak which led to water damage to ceiling of room below. Apologetic but the damage was done. Unable to fix another issue with a tub which seemed fairly straightforward. more

An honest and fair service 5/29/2010

My water was turned off for a while (kitchen remodel). I tightened the plumbing back and when the water wouldn't stop dripping. He came over and could have charged me to replace the interior on/off valves but, instead he said that it only needed tightening. WOW!! Pros: Service Excellent more

Hometown Plumbing is top notch 5/19/2010

I called Chris from Hometown Plumbing one day before a closing to install a hot water heater that broke during the night. He was there the next day with a new hot water heater so we could close at an awesome price. I will use them again in a heartbeat. Pros: timely, pricing, knowledge more
