Homestead Roofing Company

This company is great! My roof started to leak badly during the last rainstorm. I gave them a call and they came right away. I was told that my roof needed to be replaced. I was given options of color and style, which seamed over whelming, but they made it easy. Two days later their crew showed up and went straight to work. The job when so smooth! Clean neat and very professional! I would highly recommend Homestead Roofing!!! more

I had called them because the roof was leaking and water was dripping into the attic. They claimed to have fixed it and have it water tight, but every time it rains the problem persists. Now my ceiling has huge cracks that look like they will crumble down at any moment. When tell Richard (the owner) the same problem is happening, he tells me that my chimney is falling apart and that is the reason for the leak. And that he will recommend his friend to fix it for cheap. I know that is untrue because it's the same area that's leaking before his crew cam to repair it. I've called, emailed and visited them numerous times, and the owner of the business says he will come but never comes. They're supposed to guarantee their workmanship?they are not honest and don't stand by their job. more

What happened to this company? I used Homestead Roofing for my roof repairs in 2004 and their repairs to my leaking roof worked. This year, 2011, I had major ice damming (who didn't with this winter season). The water was pouring through my kitchen lights--an emergency, right? I called them this past Monday and they told me an estimator would call me immediately. Well, it's been 5 days! I called again today and the receptionist said, ""You mean the estimator never called?"" DUH!! I wouldn't be calling again if he had! Meantime, my custom kitchen cabinets are soaked and beginning to smell musty. I think, Homestead Roofing, that you'd better fire this estimator and hire one who will contact the customer. It's NOT a good way to do business! more

Homestead Roofing is a life saver!! I can not thank them enough for coming to my rescue the other day after my roof started leaking due to snow and ice. Being a first time home owner, I was concerned about who to call. Homestead roofing came over within the hour. They removed all the ice and snow from my roof and the leaking stopped instantly. They inspected my roof, told me that everything looked ok and that nothing needed to be repaired right away. They took the time to explain to me what had happened. They were courteous, honest and professional. Not knowing a thing about roofs, they could have sold me anything but there was no sales pitch, just excellent service! After being told by a neighbor that I needed a new roof, I called Homestead Roofing. From my first contact with this company I was impresssed. They showed up on time, took their time and inspected my roof. Not knowing the first thing about roofs, they could have sold me anything, they didn't. This is a very good company. They do great roofing work. They will actually work with you to figure out what is the best option for you. Very professional an courteous workers. They give free estimates based upon your own personal situation. And they also have a showroom where you can compare different looks to help you decide which is best for you. i would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a good roofing job. more
