Lawrence is very knowledgeable in his work. Resolved all of our A/C issue (Noise) and initiated process to have our Water Heater R&R'd. Thanks again as Always!

Steve T is a true asset to your company. Not only was he on time when he serviced our air conditioner, he noticed a bees nest near our A/C unit. He removed it for me while he worked on the A/C. It was so appreciated! I am so happy for all the services we have at HomeSmart! more

Joe A from HomeSmart from Xcel Energy was out today to do a service call on our A/C unit. He called ahead of time to confirm the appointment. He was prompt in arriving. He was professional and extremely knowledgable about air conditioning systems. He did a thorough evaluation of equipment and got it operating in excellent condition. Very pleased with Joe A on this service call. more

Great Service 3/26/2016

Thanks Randy B. Furnace went out during a blizzard and Randy was here the next day to fix it. Thermostat was broken so he gave us a new one but also cleaned up and did some maintenance on our very old furnace. We really appreciated his help more

Excellent Service Visit delivering Bad news 2/26/2016

Jason P. came to do my annual furnace maintenance with HomeSmart. Sadly, he discovered some issues, used the camera to confirm that there was a crack in the furnace. Without HomeSmart and the technical efficiency of Jason, the crack might have gone unnoticed. Even though I must replace my furnace, with a new high efficiency model, I appreciate their approach of taking care of me and my home. more

What a great experience i had. 1/28/2016

I wanted to have my furnace inspected and cleaned for the year. Randy B. arrived and was so courteous and professional. He did a full inspection and cleaned my furnace. He even took time out to show me how to properly install my furnace filter to maximize the furnace. Great guy and great service. more

Winter tuneup for furnace 1/26/2016

Jason P. serviced my furnace on Jan. 12, 2016. Called and said he'd be at my home in 20 minutes, but arrived in less than 10 minutes. Did a great job and explained what he was doing and why. Very impressed with his knowledge of my system. Just wish that I could get him for all my heating and ac needs. more
