These days most buyers do all their home buying online, so I thought it wouldn't matter who you listed your home with when it came time to sell it. I was wrong! Debbie Harr worked hard for us. She gave us individualized attention, and was meticulous with details-which for me as a detail person was fantastic! Our home sold in 10 days! All due to her mad realtor skills! You rock Deb! more

I figured with reduced rate came reduced service or timeliness... NOT TRUE!! Debb was second to none when we sold our house this Summer! I couldn't believe how great the photography was. She definitely knows how to get people in your door to see the place. She has a great finesse when it comes to just how hard to push you to get buyers to buy your place! (Some other realtors I've had were either too controlling or seemed to react to my concerns like I didn't matter - but NOT Deb). If we ever get in the market again, Deb will be my first call!!! more

We were just thinking about selling our house in this struggling economy and thought that it would take a year. Let me tell you it took Deb and Jerry 7 days!!! We interviewed one other agent and then Homes That Click. We saved a lot of money!! First they offer the same services as any other realtor at a lower price to the seller which we were not making any money as it was only walking away with a loss so this helped.
