Overall the service was great!! I have only good things to say about Justin and his knowledge, ability, and quality of work. Justin was pleasant and confident in his ability to troubleshoot and resolve my furnace/air conditioning problem. The quality of his work was exceptional and he was careful to take good care of the furnace/air conditioning equipment. He fixed it promptly and cleaned up when he was done. I learned some new things about the system I didn't know which helps me be aware of problems in the future. Not part of the service call, he noticed two air ducts were closed and not allowing heat or cooling into my upstairs rooms which he opened for me. That was going over and above in good service! I can't ignore the fact that Doug G, Field Service Manager was with him and was wonderful as well. Great team at Homer Nine and Sons. I've been with them for many, many years and will continue to do so. Thanks guys. more

Terry air conditioner prevention service contract visit 7/13/2018

We were so pleased with the air conditioner prevention service agreement visit. Terry let us know his estimated time of arrival and was on time. He approached our residence professionally and courteously. He told us what he was going to do step by step and worked efficiently. We were so surprised when he actually hosed off the external unit -- this had never been done before and we have had many prevention service agreement contract visits. He found a problem that could have truly adversely affected the unit, told us the problem and fixed the issue right then. Our Yorkshire terriers loved him and he paid attention to them. He efficiently provided the cost to us and we were able to complete the transaction right on the spot with receipt of the invoice online. We would love for Terry to do any service contract work for us. more

A.C. Inspection 6/27/2018

The A.C. inspection was performed professionally with each step explained. All questions were answered to my satisfaction. The scheduling couldn't have been easier and all notifications were handled in a courteous, friendly and timely manner. more

Furnace and ac best company to work with. 2/20/2018

Great company to deal with. We bought out furnace and air conditioner from them and they have been great about keeping up the maintanence. If we forgot about our annual check, they call and remind us. Great team to work with. Always friendly and very competent. more

Fall Furnace Check 12/20/2017

Bob did our annual furnace check and was very personable and professional. He was friendly and polite but didn't waste any time getting the job done. He arrived at the appointed time and was gone within 20-25 minutes. Our experience with all of Homer Nine and Sons office and maintenance personnel has been efficient, professional and very satisfactory over the many years we have dealt with them. more
