Excellent Service! 1/24/2019

Furnace went out in the middle of the coldest night of the year. Used internet to schedule an appointment at 6 a.m., but got it running myself and sent another email. Tammy called me back as soon as they got in to the office anyway. I scheduled someone to check it out just in case. They set me up at a time convenient to me; furthermore, they called me twice to see if I wanted to get it done sooner due to openings in the schedule. The technician, Grant, was professional, knowledgeable, and amiable. Nothing but positive things to say about my experience with him & Homer 9. Highly recommend! . more

Maintenance 1/2/2019

The maintenance ended up as a major repair. Justin is an outstanding technician. Professional, knowledgeable and so friendly. I have dealt with Homer Nine for so many years now and I feel he is the BEST service technician in the business. more

Winter furnace inspection 11/5/2018

The girls in customer service were very professional and helpful. Kylie was completely thorough in her inspection of furnace. I will ask for her again when it comes time for air condition inspection in Spring more

Kyleigh did a fantastic job! She was very professional and knowledgeable. She found a small leak and repaired it right on the spot. She also found a clogged leaf that could of led to a major repair. Furnace Check 10/2/2018

The technicians who came to the house to conduct the furnace check (Kyleigh Zedak & Grant Alexander) were very courteous, thorough and professional. They answered any questions that I had. The office staff (Deena) was also so helpful and courteous when setting up the appointment. I would recommend Homer Nine and Sons to anyone because of all of the personnel that I have met and dealt with. more

I have read all the great reviews customers said about Kyleigh. I can not disagree with any. She was excellent explaining what she was doing and answered all of my questions and concerns. Professional and job well done. She seemed very mature for her age (at least with me) and seems to be a hard worker what she does.
