Today I decided to try Home Plate Burgers in Reseda. I ordered the footlong hotdog combo with sauerkraut to eat there. I received my order in a to-go bag. When I opened the bag I was faced with a sad, boiled hotdog with a bit of chili smeared across it. I returned to the counter (within a minute of receiving my order), and explained the mistake. The woman at the counter told me Im sorry but were closed, and there is nothing I can do at which point she put the closed sign in the window. Is this customer service? Please do yourself a favor, and avoid Home Plate Burgers. Cons: , bad service more

you can get the best burgers and all beef natural casing footlong hotdogs made by vienna. the chili is made fresh everyday. the burgers with chili are much better than tommys and the burgers without chili are a step up from in and out. fries, chili fries,soft serve(real vanilla),shakes and sodas are also avaliable. get the footlong with chili, cheese, mustard and onions, its a hit. Pros: great food, parking, drive thru Cons: location, location, location more
