We had a very pleasant experience with Homefix Corporation. We hired them to replace our windows and a patio door. The sales representative was good. He was knowledgeable about the project, provided us with a good deal, and explained everything to us thoroughly. He was also willing to work with us on any reservations we had about the installation. The installers were extremely professional, too. They were clean and finished the job up within one day. It turned out really well. Overall, this is a good company to work with. Their product is good, and you'll have no issues with the installation. more

The Homefix Corporation people were on time, first of all. Secondly, I liked the way they cleaned up behind themselves. I also liked the way they covered up the room they were going to be working in before they even got started. They cut drywall, which is pretty dusty, so covering things up was beautiful. I didn't ask them too many questions, but the ones I did have for them got on-point responses. more

The actual product itself is good and Homefix Corporation did a good job with the installation on the roof. The only complaint I have is that they didn't put up the color that we had requested; they went with one that looked a little more like the original shingling. Instead of contacting us or giving us a recommendation ahead of time, they just went ahead and put the color they thought we wanted as opposed to the one we had asked for. That being said, the color is fine. It looks okay. It's just that that kind of rubbed us the wrong way little bit as far as communication goes. Besides that, everything else went well. I dealt with the salesman who came by and he was very knowledgeable and definitely knew his stuff. The quality of the roof is good. It's definitely an upgrade in design from what we had before. I would definitely recommend them. Just make sure to actually talk to the installation crew when they come. more

Homefix Corporation put a new roof on the house and we were told that the materials would show the day before and they would install it the next day. We were told that nobody would have to be home because someone would be there personally. I happened to be working from home on day. Early in the morning, there was continuous ringing of the doorbell. They were here to install, but the materials were not there. They started to remove the old roof and decided that the materials would arrived. They did eventually get the materials and get it on. I wasn't thrilled to be doing conference calls while there was banging on the roof. I wasn't sure how good a job they would do based on the comments. The foreman kept saying that it wasn't his fault. I understand that. They were supposed to inspect the gutters and install new downspouts. They didn't do that that day. We didn't know when it would do that. They did clean up after themselves. We didn't pay until the work was finished. One day someone came to our door to do the gutters. No warning, no call before he came out. They were not done well. We called and said we were not paying until they fixed the problem. I'm hoping that the job they did were a decent job. I don't know because I'm not a roofer. They were not responsive about another job we asked them about. It has been a very unpleasant experience with them. The salesman was very nice, but a good portion of what he told us was not true. more

The work that Homefix did was excellent. They stood by their work when we had a problem. However, for both the initial work and the repair, I found the response time to my messages was very slow. I just got my roof replaced by Homefix. A canvasser came to my door and said that work was going to be done up the street the following week. They then scheduled me for a free estimate and they were out the next day like we had set up. They took a few measurements and then presented me with a price quote. After getting a few other estimates, we decided to go with homefix because they gave us the best price and had the friendliest service! more

I recently had my windows replaced by Homefix. My home was built in the 1990's and i havent had any thoughts of replacing my windows until a man in a green vest came up to my door and scheduled me for a free estimate. Usually i say no or "i'm not interested" to these people but i decided to give it a shot. I had the appointment set up for the following week when both of us would be home. The salesman came in a very fancy car and was well dressed and extremely friendly. I at first thought this was some sort of a game because in the past i've had people come give me estimates for other things (painting, patio, landscape etc.) but once we started to talk i realized that this is the real deal. They went over the different types of windows and then showed me a few samples and showed me the prices for each type of windows. After about 45 minutes, he handed me the price and i thought that he had forgotten something. The price was much lower than i had thought. My wife and i both agreed to the price, signed the contract and we had a work date scheduled for 3 weeks from then. Once the date rolled around, we got a call reminding us that they would be out in the morning to replace the windows. The team showed up and were all sporting Homefix attire and weren't a part of any 3rd party contractor. Another thing i liked was that they don't require you to pay until all the work has been completed to make sure that you are happy with the job. I am very happy with our new windows and i believe my wife feels the same way. more
