Very happy 9/12/2010

I called Home Care Assistance for my uncle, who has been needing a lot of help lately. He's 70 years old and live at home by himself, so I thought a caregiver or companion would be a lot of help to him.\r \r The staff helped set him up with a great caregiver. They used something that they called Balanced Care Method... i think that's what it's called. Anyway, it was great. My uncle is very happy with his friend and is now able to have help when he wants to get something done and is unable to do things himself. Right now, he just uses hourly care, but he is considering getting live-in. We'll see how it goes. more

Bill was a fantastic care provider. He took a sincere interest in the care and well-being of my father. Bill did a great job of communicating health status, providing hands on care, and making sure he received his daily exercise.\r \r Bill went above and beyond when he attended a difficult physician appointment where Bill stepped in to be a strong advocate of my father's needs even when the physician incorrectly disagreed.\r \r We strongly recommend Bill to any person fortunate enough to be in his care.\r \r I am personally grateful. more
