The service man was polite and knew exactly what to do to get my refrigerator back to normal. He also looked at my washer and fixed a leaking hose. I will call them back when ever I need help. What a pleasure to not have to worry about who was in my house. more

Another company wanted to charge me over $250.00 for a new pump for my washer without bothering to look inside the machine. Home Appliance Repair & Service came out, opened the washer and found out that my pump was merely clogged. Home Appliance Repair & Service unclogged it and saved me almost $200. It is nice to find a company with people you can trust not to rip you off. I will use Home Appliance Repair & Service for all of my repairs from now on and will highly recommend hm to my friends an family from Everett. Thank you. more

Unfortunately our refrigerator decided to start leaking and after trying to locate the problem unsuccessfully decided to get a professional. So I started looking for who to call searching on google. I liked what was written about Home Appliance Repair & Service and called. They were able to come out the next evening and called to give us 30 min eta, which was appreciated. The tech was very personable, informative and was able to locate the problem and fix it. The cost was very reasonable for all the time he spent to track down the cause. We are now sold on Home Appliance Repair & Service and will be calling them whenever one of our appliances go on the blitz Thank You! more

It works! It works! It actually works! Since the installation of the new damper assembly our 1 1/2 year old refrigerator is actually working as it was designed to. Thank you for your diligence in this difficult repair and not giving up like the other companies did. Take care. more

This guy came within an hour of my call, diagnosed the problem with my dryer before even opening it up, fixed it, and was gone in 45 minutes. Totally friendly and smart, and work is guaranteed, he said call him immediately if there is any problem and he`ll come back for free. The charges were less than expected, a real breath of fresh air in an otherwise sketchy industry. spectacular! My towels come out dry as a bone. more
