Worst

My back had slipped out of place the night before & my regular chiropractor was out of the office. That is how I arrived at Holten. How I wish I had never walked through that door...

I came only once. That was for a full body massage. It was the best I ever had. Atmosphere was serene. Appreciated the warmed bedding. All my preferences were honored. more

I really enjoyed talking with Lisa. I feel it has made a big difference in my life. I am able to say NO! Her professionalism was outstanding and she always made me fell like she listening to every word I had to say. And she was right. If I figure out some of the things that was bothering me, the weight would be easy to lose. I have lost ten pounds since I started at Holten Wellness Center!! Thank You Lisa!! As far as my personal training sessions, I couldn't of ask for a more knowledgable trainer than Jackie. She was a pleasure. I always felt like I received a great workout and even though she was busy with other clients sometimes when I was there I always felt like I had her attention. Thank You Jackie!! Had a great massage. An employee was saying the receptionist had done something wrong right in front of me and my fiancee when we were checking in. We thought the receptionist was really nice though! more

You won't be sorry if you choose HWC. 5/22/2010

I have been going to Holten for a few years for their Life Coach services as well as massages (best massages ever!). I injured my back to the point of not being able to pick up my two year old son, much less move around affectively. After seeing my family doctor, having an MRI and seeing a back surgeon, I learned that the recommended treatment was Chiropractic Care and of course Holten was the first place that I thought of. Dr Holten did an amazing job of helping my husband and I understand the results of my MRI and how we could fix it. I signed up for 18 weeks of intense treatment including Chiropractic, Disc Decompression and Physical Therapy. I just wrapped up a week or so ago and I can honestly say that I feel much better than I have in years. When I started this treatment I had expectations to return to my normal self prior to the severe injury, but I feel so much better than that. I was unknowingly living with pain that I didn't need to be living with. They've taught me how to further improve and maintain my strength and flexibility, have me set up on a maintenance plan and I know that my quality of life will only improve as I go forward. I would recommend them to anyone who wants / needs any of their services. They are amazing - the staff is top notch, very genuine and knowledgeable. You won't be sorry if you choose HWC. more

Met most of my goals 5/22/2010

Personal trainer was great. Made exercise fun and knew exactly when I' reached maximum. Lisa was always knowledgeable. Appointments were always on time. I looked forward to coming to the office each week. I met most of my goals and continue to eat well and exercise more

chiropractor review 3/29/2010

It took a while to be able to have evening appointments. I still am struggling to come to the appointments and follow-up as needed, due to the days that I have been scheduled. more
