Holmes Homes is cost-cutting at its best. They do not want to have to deal with you after the sale. For the price, look at existing homes in Brittany or Tuscany, or McArthur's new development, Amberley. HOA is in a financial mess, lack of parking, finish work on homes shoddy. There are better choices out there.
