Holman Toyota-Scion? ZERO STARS...Stay away…Awful service, dishonest, ignorant, and rude service advisors. Went for an oil change on my 2000 Camry and told the service person to check a louder than normal sound from under car front. I suspected a small hole in exhaust pipe some where there. They told me, the whole exhaust system needs to be replaced from manifold to tail tip, because it’s all rusted through and falling apart. They wanted to charge me an additional $60 on top of the oil change charge for just telling me what needed to be replaced. I refused to pay that extra charge, since car was on the lift already for oil change. They gave me a quote of over $2000 for just the parts to replace, not the whole job. Went to an outside exhaust specialists, they checked exhaust system for free, told me exhaust system is fine and I can still get at least 5 years out of it. They only replaced a small segment that had a small hole making sound, total charge $120 installed…!!!! Yes, just $120 and car runs better than before. What a rip off, never again. Where did all the good people from Cherry Hill Toyota go? They were way better by miles in every aspect, and I stayed with them for service since 1998, for over 12 years never had a problem. These guys are just ignorant, and yet they want to steel your hard earned dollars for un-necessary service or for some not really needed parts they want replaced. Think twice before going there to get any type of service, and if you go and get any recommended service, first go and get a second opinion from another honest place. Don’t become a victim of Holman Toyota. more

the area; you are better off going to either Liberty Toyota or Faulkner Toyota in Philly (where we got the best deal that neither holman or liberty could beat). Whatever you do - do not deal with Brenda Thornton; she does not return phone calls when she promises to and has not educated herself on particular models of the car. She claimed her computer wasn't "working" when we told her that other dealerships had the same model car - when she looked in her computer, she said she couldn't find any vehicles in a 100 mile radius yet I knew for a fact that was wrong and when I told her that certain dealerships in the area carried the Sienna we were interested in, she claimed the computer was not working. She then said she would call me later and inform me whether she could locate vehicle and get better price on our trade in- well, no phone call back. Oh and when I left a message for the manager "Bud" regarding my interest in the Sienna- he never returned my call. Well, they lost our business and we ended up going with Faulkner Toyota. more

Complete courtesy and professionalism from the moment I entered. This is a bright, new facility, and the staff all seem to reflect that. The service writer asked questions to ensure that he understood my concerns. I waited in the comfortable waiting area (even the coffee was good!), and I received periodic updates during my stay. When the service was complete,everything was explained to me, including recommendations for future service items. Kudos to all! more

The employees are very friendly. You can leave your car the night before. The workmanship is excellent. I have been going there for years. You can trust the people with your car. more

I bought my scion from them and they were very professional and courteous. I didn't feel like they were trying to get me to purchase anything that I didn't want or need. Will go to them again when looking for my next car. more

Car service is good. A little pricey, but efficient! I take my Camry on the big check ups because I know that they are certified to do repairs. The staff is courteous and very nice. more
