I developed a stye on my left eyelid that became very swollen. I called on a Saturday morning and they were able to set me up with an appointment to come in and get it checked out...

I developed a stye on my left eyelid that became very swollen. I called on a Saturday morning and they were able to set me up with an appointment to come in and get it checked out. Dr. Vito explained to me what it was and what to do for treatment. The whole crew there are top notch and go far above and beyond expectations. more

I want to thank each and every one of you for the wonderful service I receive each time I come in to your office! I am always greeted with a friendly hello and treated like I am a very important patient. All of you bend over backwards to make sure I am completly satisfied with my glasses and contacts. more

We moved here from Ohio threes years ago. It has been a blessing for us to restart our eye care with Dr.Vito at the Holly Springs location. My experiences there have been excellent. Dr.Vito and staff are extremely knowledgeable, caring and patient...the very best. more

My husband and I have been going to Holly Springs Eye Associates for over 12 years. We have recommended them to many of our friends and family members. We absolutely love Dr. Vito and Dr. Lavender! We would never trust our families' eyes to anyone else unless they were personally recommended by Dr. Vito or Dr. Lavender. more

Excellent customer service 1/31/2012

This was my first optometrist appointment in almost ten years. I've heard the stories about how hard it is to get appointment and get glasses ordered. I walked in expecting to be told I was going to have to wait weeks. Initially the receptionist told me the earliest available appointment was a month away but when I mentioned that I was hoping they took walkins she immediately handed me the require forms, told the doctor he had a patient, and got me in the chair in 15 minutes after helping me with the paperwork. Dr. Vito was very nice and answered all my questions (I had a lot of then since it was my first time needing glasses) and then steered me towards someone to help me choose the right frames. I had my eyes checked and glasses ordered just over an hour after walking in the door. Find me another optometrist where you can get that kind of service. more

Friendly and Not So Friendly Service 1/31/2012

As always Dr. Vito was a pleasure to speak with and is always thoughtful & kind as well as the ladies who work up front & in eye wear. My only disappointment was of the pregnant assistant who was very cold and stand offish. I'm not sure if her attitude towards me was due to the pregnancy or me personally, but I didn't appreciate her demeanor at all. more

Service is excellent! 1/29/2012

Dr. Vito goes above and beyond to provide great service! We have been going to him for almost 6 years. My daughter had an eye injury one evening recently. I called the office and left a message in case anyone was checking them. Dr. Vito called me back within 2 minutes and volunteered to meet us at his office at 10pm that night to look at her eye! Very few doctors will go the extra mile in this day and age. Dr. Vito is one that will - he truly cares about his patients! more

Good Experience 1/18/2012

I called to make an appointment for an eye examination and surprisingly they were able to see me just a few hours later. Dr. Vito spent time reviewing my eye images and making comparison to earlier years' images. He explained what he saw and how my eyes were changing. He was informative, prompt and delivered excellent service. On the eyeglass department, I searched for frames and wasn't able to find what I wanted but " KAthy?" was very helpful and encouraging. I have been seeing Dr. Vito for five years and I' will continue!!!! more

Love the attention!! 1/7/2012

I enjoy going to Dr. Vito because of the following..... 1. the girls at the front desk are friendly and helpful 2. I never have to wait long....in the lobby or in the exam room 3. Dr. Vito seems to remember me so I don't feel like I have to explain everything again. 4. I love the follow up !! I called after my last visit w/ a problem and Dr. Vito called me right back w/ an explanation I could go on and on!!! more

Great Service 1/7/2012

The doctor took time to listen and explain what was required for treatment for me and my son. The staff member that helped my son select his first pair of glasses was very patient and made sure he selected the best choice for long term wear. Thank you! more
