All reviews seem positive

Great Staff But Lousy Wait Time 11/8/2005

I have been with this Pediatricians office for 7 years now and have taken all 4 of my kids there. I really love my pediatrician but the wait time is horrible especially if you have an afternoon appt. I generally allow myself an hour and a half because even once I finally get back into the room it is at least 20 minutes before I am seen by the NP or Dr. They are always very caring and on top of things but they may need to schedule fewer patients or add to the staff to reduce the wait time. PROS: Great Caring Staff CONS: Long Wait Time more

Dr. Newman 8/11/2005

Dr. Nick Newman at Holland Pediatrics is a fabulous doctor. He really makes sure that you understand and are happy with your childs care. In the past he has taken up to an hour to spend with me and my child - just for a well visit. His nurses are great too. They always are smiling. The girls in the phone system though, are another subject all together. Too bad you have to deal with them so much. more
