Holiday World of Katy

I haven't purchased the camper yet, but when I do I will go back to holiday world of houston. Great patience,wonderful salestaff and great chocolate chip cookies. Looking forward to my purchase next year. more

Don,t know about the sales dept. but the service department ain't worth a dam. Talked to Ross (service advisor) explained an electric problem we had with our slides. He told us bring it over they had mechanics looking for work. We left it and was told time and materials. A day or so passed a mechanic called me and he asked a few questions and figured out the problem. I picked it up a week later $1,100.00 OK it is fixed. Drove it home to Austin 150 miles. The next day parked it and put the slides out tried putting my leveling jacks down and no power dead. Called Ross at Holiday world and asked if I could talk to the mechanic to see if and where he worked on the wires for the slides. I was told in a very rude attitude that they could not have done anything and the mechanic is on flat rate and don't talk to customers What happened to them looking for work and time and materials? After I explained to him that the jacks were working when I left the motor home with them. He then tells me in a pissed off attitude that he will talk to the owner and see if the mechanic can call me the next day. This never happened he wasn't man enough to call me back. I looked up HWH website and found the main power supply for both slides and jacks within 30 min I found the problem when they installed new wire ends in the main panel for the slides they unplugged the hot wire for the jacks and left it tied up in the loom. Looks to me like they tell you what you want to hear get your money then TU-FF still no call back. more

Our shopping experience began last fall. Our family of six shopped all over Houston until we landed on our Keystone Outback trailer at the RV show. They had some really great prices but we wanted to verify the pricing with other Keystone dealers. After a lot of research, Holiday World of Houston was able to meet our price. Their personel was freindly and helpful from the shopping stage to picking it up. more

Our salesman ""J.J."" talked to us like we were clueless idiots. He berated our opinions and never shut up about how great Holiday World was, how they had to pay their bills so that's why he expected us to pay full retail, only offered us $7000 for our immaculate 2008 travel trailer, and so on. This is by far the worst experience I have had at an RV dealer. Good thing Camping World is next door to them. more

Justin Seureau was one of the nicest salesmen I have ever met, he was a straight shooter and a kind person and I can't believe the deal we got on our Montana if you need a fifth wheel or travel trailer or even a motorhome go see Justin at Holiday World of Houston in Katy TX. Biff really helped us sort thru what we were looking for in a new, first time camper. Whey didn't do the hard sale, just honest straight talk adn were willing to work wtih us on the price. Great product and location. Sales mgr was also very accomodating... Pros: Excellent Customer Experience more
