I love the clean athmosphere here and the accommodation that the staffs offer. For me, I would rather spend my summer here than at any other venues in town. more

This hotel is within walking distance to the Piers in San Francisco. Very clean hotel. The staff is more then willing to help with food choices, sites to see, directions, etc. The only down side is that there are two parts to hotel. The 2nd building the parking is not as convenient. There is a Denny's in the hotel open 24hrs a day. more

The Holiday Inn is what it is -- an average stay. The rooms were nothing special although it had a good location - next to the Cannery in Del Monte Square & only two blocks from the wharf & cable cars. The bellhops were quite pleasant & helpful. The only con I had was that when we arrived after an 8 hour flight, our smoking room we requested & reserved was no longer available. We had to switch rooms three times before they put us in a room w/ a king size bed & normal shower & no apologies were even given. This is a very average hotel so have average standards. Pros: location Cons: front desk service more
