Several of my family members stayed here as we were in town for a funeral. My experience was very good. The staff was very helpful. The rooms were nice and recently remodeled. The pool was nice. Breakfast was a typical full hot breakfast. more

Terri (Traci?) was amazing at accommodating our every need. She was extremely friendly and took time to show us three different rooms so we could get just the one we wanted. She helped out with breakfast and late checkout. more

This nice hotel is located about 10 mins away from Killeen Airport. This is another military friendly hotel in Killeen. Room is clean, bed is very comfortable. I arrived the hotel around 3 a.m because my flight was delayed however, Danielle gave me a very warm greeting. She is not only beautiful but also helpful and polite. She helped me to call a taxi to pick me up at the airport. When she knew that AA could not find my luggage, she quickly gave me toothpaste, toothbrush, and other needs during my stay. I definitely stay at this hotel again because its excellent customer service. more

My husband and I went to visit our son and his wife over Christmas and spent 4 nights. We chose this hotel for the proximity, cost and free breakfast. The staff was very friendly and always made sure we had what we needed. The room was large and clean and had a refrigerator and microwave in it. Most of the hotels are right on the interstate and it can get noisey. This hotel has another hotel between it and the freeway, making it much quieter. The only reason I did not give this a five star rating was the breakfast. It was horrible. The eggs were powdered, the pancakes were made through a machine when you pushed a button and the bacon was strange. I stuck with yogurt, cold cereal or oatmeal and oranges. Not a whole lot for those who eat healthy. The fitness center was nice but small. I recommend you get a room away from the elevators, they are quite loud. more

its right off hwy-190. easy to find. even though some reviews says it sits next to a super market or its hard to find. the super market does sit further down the road. just look for the heb-plus sign. turn on to that street about a half block on the right. theres a cluster of hotels in the area. check in quick and easy no problems. the room bright and clean. taller ceilings. nice tv with a good amount of tv stations. has a micro wave and small refrigerator in the room. can hear noise out in the hallway and foot steps from above. did not go on late at night. so we slept good. hotel in a safe area. plenty of restaurants and stores to choose from. fort hood about 15mns away. is a pool out back. water was cool. to escape the texas heat! free breakfast. just needs a little more attentiveness during week. sausage ran out took 15 + mns for it to be refilled. one day plastic forks ran out. my wife hunted them down and refiled it herself.. its nothing fancy eggs,bacon, sausage, biscuits and sausage gravy. some fruits make your own pan cakes and some other things. saved from spending to eat out. overall a good stay. would stay there again and already mentioned to another person who may stay there in the future more
