The first thing you notice about Hog Heaven is how many cars are in the parking lot. Baily is relatively small, but Hog Heaven does a brisk business, and for good reason.
We never drive anywhere west of there without stopping, and often stop on the way back. All we've ever tried is the brisket, but I don't need to try anything else. The sauce is bottled, but they swear it's their recipe, and I have to admit it's quite good. The brisket is juicy, as it should be, and the portions are very generous. Even the tacky flying-pig decor sort of grows on you after a few visits.
Pros: Great Brisket, Good Sauce, Good Service
Cons: Far away
