Hodgsons really is a gem in West Chester. My husband and I have been using them since we moved to the area this year, and we will continue to use them as long as we are around. I find that their prices are always better than the competition. The service in unparalleled. I always feel like I am being given an honest evaluation of my vehicle and not being pressured into any unnecessary fixes. I am always told which repairs can afford to be left for a while and what requires immediate attention. You will not be jerked around as a customer, and they are very accommodating with schedules. more

Bill and his staff -- Jim and Cora -- have always been very helpful. We have been taking our vehicles there for 20 years. The staff and mechanics seemed to know their stuff, and prices are reasonable. You can even print coupons off of the computer. They can do factory-warranted repairs and are very convenient to our home. They are willing to work with you to get you back to your home or to work (within reason) once you have dropped your car off. And as long-standing customers you can just go pick up your car even if the shop is closed -- they "know where you live"! They never promote doing more work than necessary, but let you know what you should expect to need worked on in the next 6 months. I feel comfortable in a car serviced by Bill and his staff. more
