Worst Store in the Nation. Manager older fat short guy treats people like crap. Discriminates people . Too bad the store had such good values. Manager did not honor price match from other Hobby Lobby stores in Austin and instructed employee to send stuff back to Hobby Lobby Warehouse rather than matching another store price? all this so that I wouldn't buy the items? The manager made a decision of not selling me the items? that to me is discrimination. Having to do a return there is the worst nightmare, they are not friendly at all, They like to take your money but they don't honor what it says on the back of the receipt ""Hobby Lobby values customer satisfaction ... at least not that manager. Avoid going to this store, goto Michaels, Jo Anns Fabrics or anywhere else but here. Short staffed, long lines, long wait. then you have to argue the prices that are offered in printed material. I will follow with a complaint with the state also. We are consumers and if people don't do anything they will continue to take advantage of customers.
