Coming from someone who knows... 3/16/2006

OKay, I'll admit, I'm an employee at Hobby Lobby, and it's nice to see so many people like to shop there. It pretty much is a one stop shop. Having so many things for people to do, and if you don't have a hobby you can probably pick one up in no time. I myself have actually picked up 2 or 3 more hobbies. It's a great place to work. I do enjoy Sundays off, it's nice because now a days o find a business that let's their employess off to go worship is hard to find. What most people don't realize when they see us closed is the fact that Hobby Lobby is a Christian business. And actually part of the profits go to buying Bibles for missionaries to hand out. SO I hope that by giving my 2 cents worth, everyone else can see how good the Hob Lob is. PROS: great customers, closed Sundays. CONS: more

One Stop Shopping 9/28/2005

You can, literally, spend hours in this store. I enjoy many types of crafts (crocheting, knitting, scrapbooking) and you can get all of your supplies in one spot. Additionally, the store carries decorative items for each season as well as picture frames, greeting cards, candles, fabric, and floral products. The only downside is that they're closed on Sunday. PROS: Huge selection CONS: Closed on Sunday more

great craft store 8/24/2005

I really like going to Hobby Lobby. It's similar to other craft and decor store, but you can also find so many other things there. They have arts and crafts items, home decorations, seasonal decorations, furniture, yard statues, mirrors, purses, candy, clothes, wooden things, cards, fabrics an yarn, photo albums, clays an much much more. There is really is something here for everyone. Their regular prices are in the same range as any other stores, maybe a little less. The part where they beat other stores is that they always have specials, sometimes sales, but mainly percents off. Something they do there that I really like is being closed on Sunday. They do that so their employees can go to church on Sundays if they would like or just spend time with their family or loved ones. more

Great Craft Supplies 7/31/2005

Hobby Lobby has a great selection of arts and craft supplies. They are priced pretty good too, so if the kids need something for school or just want to do a project at home it is a great place to go. more

Hobby Lobby has many different home decorations. That allows anyone to go in and find things that will fit in their home and fit their style. They also have a huge selection of crafts and sewing items. So you can be creativie with your decorating as well as with what you make. more

Hobby Lobby has an eexcellent assortment of items. Their home decorations can fit everybody's want from classy and elegent to modern and contemporary. Also, their crafts section lets you create anything, from purses and handbags to shorts and t-shirts. The scrap-booking area also has a nice assortment of supplies. more
