Good: Discounts are great!. Bad: Some cashiers in the fairview heights,IL store is extremely rude and need to be fired!! Very poor customer service and it's very noticeable. One customer after me thought the same thing.. Improvements: Friendlier cashiers that's not rude.. Other: Personal shoppers need to come in this store with cameras, so that the corprate office can see the behavior of the people that represents them.. more

My checkbook visits here often... 4/14/2006

My wife LOVES this store - and my checkbook visits them often! Having shopped with here numerous times, I understand what she appreciates - they have a great variety of arts and crafts items, and have frequent sales that make their prices incredibly low. When planning our wedding, this store was a main stop - my father-in-law once asked if he owned part of it! more

Hobby Lobby is an average arts and crafts store, but what sets them apart from their competitors are the weekly sales. They mark all items across an entire department down – as I prepared for my recent wedding, I enjoyed and took advantage of all of the 33% and 50% off sales of bridal/wedding items. Each week a different department's items are marked down. The sales are really great. more
