Hoa Simple

If you're considering HOA management companies, HOA Simple is be one you should avoid at all costs. Beyond collecting just your HOA dues, they end up collecting fees for unimaginable items (equitable/legal/or not). Communication with them is lacking, and when you do get a response it's normally a flippant or condescending remark rather than any help in trying to resolve an issue. Every nightmare you've heard about HOA companies that take your money, use it to control you - and if you resist - take your money to fight you seems like an apt description for the attitudes I ran into at HOA Simple. It's a shame that there isn't more protection for tenants that have to pay for HOAs. If you're shopping around online for HOA management companies, HOA Simple should immediately be crossed off the list. more

Today my truck and wife's car were towed for parking lot resurfacing. Our combined bill is looking to be over $500. Towing cars at 7:30 in the morning on a Monday is incredibly shady. Notice was given but scheduling work at 7:30 in the morning following a weekend with out any sort of grace period is inexcusable. Instead of moving it to the street or part of the lot not being resurfaced they towed it all the way to North Denver with Wyatt towing. These guys must a a sweetheart deal with the towing company. They did not even knock on the door on the clearly marked parking space my wife's car was in. more

I would agree with other reviews of HOA Simple I've found on the internet. Craig Supplee is very unprofessional, caustic and difficult to work with. more

There is a personal attack against HOA Simple and Craig Supplee on the internet. HOA Simple does not have any owners in any of our buildings by the name of the author. So we do not know who wrote these things. We DO NOT lie to people and we are NOT a one man show. The fact is, we still manage every HOA that we have ever signed to a Management Agreement.
