Have been using C&C Heating & Air Conditioning for a decade. This was first time I had this person, Kurt R., come to do the work, but as all of their service reps have alway been in the past, he was prompt, courteous, professional and very accommodating. We have had C&C install our heating and air conditioning units, as well as a whole house generator. Their employees have always been outstanding, and Kurt was no exception. Even when we have had an emergency of one sort or another, they are able to fit us into their schedule and arrive within a reasonable amount of time. Because of their great work, we have their service plan. more

Sal has been to our house a couple of times. He does an excellent job with normal checks, or with problems. He takes notes about specific problems and situations after each visit, which is incredibly helpful! Five stars! We request him when we need work done as well as with furnace checks. more

Kurt did awesome furnace check up and humidifier check. He Suspected a slight gas leak just by a faint odor while he wars working, and tested with his bubbles he carries with him - -after doing humidifier filter, Kurt verified a small leak at a fitting and fixed !!! I am so grateful for his expertise and great work !!! more

We started doing business with C&C Heating and Cooling and Jim Corrion since we bought our first house in Berkley, MI in 1986. C&C installed a new Lennox furnace and A/C and provided routine maintenance until we bought our house in Birmingham, MI in 1997. Our "new" 1926 house had never had A/C since it had steam heat and no duct work. We immediately thought of C&C and Jim Corrion and had them install a Lennox A/C unit using the Unico high-pressure system with special ducts and ports installed throughout the house in 1998. In 2011, when we needed a new furnace for a room in our house that used to be a garage and was never warm enough, Hinson Heating & Air Conditioning (formerly C&C) installed a new Lennox furnace and traditional ductwork. The room is now comfortable. Hinson also installed a Rinai tank-less water heater in 2011. We've enjoyed using this newer technology. After almost 18 years of cooling service, it's now time to replace the A/C equipment. We contacted Hinson and they sent out Adnan to discuss our replacement options. (Adnan initially replaced a capacitor on the blower motor. But, when the motor itself stopped working shortly afterward, we decided the old system should be replaced.) We chose a new Lennox A/C and Trane electronic air cleaner. Adnan was great to work with. He was polite and was ready with answers for all of our questions. We will continue to trust Adnan, Jim Corrion, and Hinson with our heating and cooling needs! more

I use this company to complete a yearly check up on my furnace. They do a great job. Very professional, polite, and friendly staff. They offer good deals and have coupons at times. They accept credit cards. When I schedule an appointment with them they arrive in a timely fashion. I trust these guys with my furnace. more
