Sal all about customer satisfaction 11/16/2016

There was a problem with the condensate pump after Sal cleaned it all out as part of the furnace check. I called when I discovered it on Saturday and he came out that afternoon and fixed it at no cost to me. Highly unusual level of service in these times. more

Furnace Tune Up 11/8/2016

Sal T is our regular tech. Just had the furnace tune up and, as usual, he did a very thorough and professional job. He also takes the time to explain the workings of the furnace and the thermostat as well as doing a nice clean up. Highly recommend. more

Our family almost never buys service contracts for any appliances. However, our investment in Hinson's to maintain our heating and cooling devices is one of the best decisions we've ever made. AC repair same day 7/27/2016

Sal did a great job but my name did not appear on his work order. I called at 7:00 AM on a Saturday the gave me 10:00 am to 2:00 pm time. At 2:00 I called and asked when the repair man would arrive. Sal called shortly and added me to his list and showed up in about 40 Minutes and repair my AC. Happy to have air on a 90 degrees weekend. more
