Hilton-Newark Penn Station is GREAT!!! 1/1/2010

We stayed for 3 days and staff and hotel was wonderful. The location to Penn Station was great as they are attached. Easy commute to NYC - Penn Station or WTC. The Market street bar and grill served a great meal. Thanks again to the staff. more

Not Impressed 10/21/2003

This hotel seemed nice until we got into the room. It started with the hallways smelling like mold. When we opened our room, it smelled the same. The room was worn, dirty, and VERY small. It was convienent being so close to NJ Penn Station, but it was not worth it. The surrounding neighborhood was a little rough. If you decide to stay in NJ to save money, opt for the Jersey City Double Tree or Marriot. Pros: Near Transit, Restaurants Cons: Dirty, Old, Small more
