This park is a great place for people looking for outdoor fun. They have lots of things you can do from nice trails down by the river to a swimming pool. This is a great place just to spend time with the family fishing and grilling and letting the kids run around outdoors.This park also offers camping too for people who like to brave the great outdoors. more

As long as you don't mind a little extra company at night, this is a great campground. This is a huge park and you can even get a little canoing or fishing in here. more

great for outdoor fun 8/9/2005

This is the great outdoors, so if you like that you will like this park. If you don't, then you need to go to another park. Besides walking trails that go to and over the Hillsborough River, there are also canoe rentals. For those of us that are less into the great outdoors, there's a pretty nice swimming pool. more

Ok for picnics 8/5/2005

This is an okay place to visit for a couple of hours. There really isn't much to do, unless you have a bunch of kids to let run around while you man the grill or go fishing. As far as I could tell there's no swimming in the river and no put in for boats. There are a couple of hiking trails but in Florida that's not my idea of fun. more
