Took my Airedale Jasmine there and they took her outside and let her get away and she was ran onto Interstate 81.Dr. Bowers and staff lacked compassion and sympathy in this horrible tragedy that should have never happened in the first place. Cons: Does not have a fenced area.Right next to Interstate 81. more
