Hillis Adjustment did a great job! I heard of Hillis before so when my daughter had a catastrophe at her condo while she was out of town I called Hillis. They sent out an adjuster right away named Anthony Lombardo, boy did he save the day. He was very professional & I noticed he took pride in his work his I felt his confidence which calmed my nerves, makig me feel i chose the right guys for the job. I was literally shaking until he arrived. Anthony wrote a detailed estimate in front of me with all the damages, things I didn't even notice. Anthony did a great job of explaining everything, the entire claims process & he did a phenomenal job coordinating the restoration team, instructed us not to throw anything away & "hold on to receipts in which the claim forced us to make purchases due to the loss of use". Which made me sarcastically laugh thinking of how my insurance company never mentioned this coverage. He even took the time to go through all of my daughters damaged contents with me so that she wouldn't be coming home from a funeral to a disaster. Anthony assigned Rob Salazar his senior adjuster to meet with the insurance company. Rob did a great job, keeping us informed and handling the insurance company. When Rob told us we were getting twice as much as I anticipated, we couldn't be happier! I will refer Hillis for any insurance claim & ask for Anthony or Rob they were great!! P.C more

What crooks! They misrepresented everything about themselves and cost me $45,000 in Sandy damages! The only money they collected was expenses they created from one of their subsidiaries and their commission. All I got was a sprained back from bending over for them. Why the government doesn't close them down is a mystery! more

We are having a horrible experience wth Hillis Public Adjustrs. Our loss claim is now 2 1/2 months old and nothing has been done. 3 different adjusters during 3 visits with no clue on the previous information. During the entire 2 months Hillis would not return any of my phone calls and when they did it was always I don't know whats doing on. Our assigned adjuster doesn't respond to direct phone call inquiries or emails , the lady or his assistant only offers take a message with the promise that he will return our phone calls. NO help, NO check, but according to my insurance agency, the Insurance compamy did closed the case and Hillis cash a check on damages. I will express to everyone reading this to second guess yourself before using Hillis public adjustment. more

I just came to the end of what was a long process with my insurance company Allstate. They really took advantage of me and now I'm going to switch to someone else. Thank God for Hillis Adjustment Agency. They swooped in and picked up the pieces saving the day. They defended me and represented me in a very professional manner and turned a denied claim into a full recovery for me and my family. If it wasn't for my Hillis Public Adjuster I would have been left to pay for all these repairs myself! My Hillis adjuster was kind, empathetic, quick to return all my calls and very handsome too! I will now recommend Hillis to all my friends and family. more

I dealt through hillis a few times, and some times it takes a little bit longer then I would like, but it is always worth waiting as the longer it goes on the more money I get. Great job esp on my last hurricane claim. more

I recently used Hillis to handle my water damage in my basement. I had heard about their reputation from a friend so I decided to give them a call because I am a single mother working full (no time to handle this myself). I could only do weekend appointments and they were very accommodating to my needs. I was extremely satisfied with their services. They took care of everything for me and I was able to get my basement back in order thanks to them. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone. more
