Hillbrook Apartments

I love Hillbrook, I am a college student and I have lived here for two years now! My apartment is HUGE with lots of closet space!!! There is an amazing an amazing fittness center I use every night, they even gave me keys! Then I go and use the gorgeous pool at Fox Run and I can take guest for FREE!!!! How awesome is that? I love it here and I will not be leaving here anytime soon! more

I moved in here over a year ago, and came across this site showing my sister Hillbrook apartments. I have enjoyed living here the entire time!! They were one of the few apartment complexes in the area that would allow my puppy and give me a safe place to live. I live alone and Hillbrook has been a wonderful choice for me. I have a spacious apartment that I can afford on a small budget. My sister is in the same boat, which is why I am trying to get her to move here too!!! I am not sure what the other grumps on here are reviewing, but it has been a great experience for me!! The staff has always been helpful, even reccomending local places to eat, letting me use their fax and just listening to me be a chatterbox. I have never had a problem getting anything fixed, when needed; but then again I don't call if it is something easy to fix that I can do myself. I would reccomend Hillbrook to anyone interested in a quality apartment that won't cost you 900 dollars a month. more

Well, I guess the two prior reviews must not have paid their rent. I have lived at Hillbrook Apartments for over 15 years and I would never consider leaving. The staff is great, they all know me by name and always offer to help me whenever needed (even carry in my groceries for me). My apartment is in great condition even after all these years. I do get my carpet cleaned every 2 years, and they have even given me a fresh coat of paint every 3 years. If i ever have a maintenance problem, I instantly get ahold of one of the friendly maintenance fellows to come out and fix it. The community is great and I feel very " at home". They just renovated the gym too which has helped me in recently losing 23 pounds! Once again, I am very uncertain at the prior posts to whether they have really even lived here. This is a wonderfull community and I know that many of my neighbor friends will agree! more

I have lived in these apartments for over two years now. From start to finish I have never been satisfied living here. I moved here because it was close to work and at the time was reasonably priced. I read the other review and what they stated was very true. \r \r I have had a broken toilet there since day one. (Literally right after the lease signing inspection) they sent many people there and claim it was fixed. Never was. I have the side of my roof falling off and birds nesting in the attic right above me head in my bed room. The water is never hot there, and can go instantly cold in seconds then extremely hot the next. I was burnt over this. The water pressure is horrible. Sometimes the shower pressure is so low that no water will even come out of the shower head. The younger maintenance men on site are extremely nice. Before this group, they have had their hands full with drug abusers and thieves working for them. Are these the type of people you want in your house when you are not more

What can I say? This place is absolutely a nightmare to live at! They only treat you right if you happen to be on their favorite list. Not quite sure how you get on that. You have to pay to bring a family member swimming with you, even if it's only one person! The staff has their noses so high in the air..I mean come on, it's an apartment complex, not a millionaires estate. I would not recommend this place or any of their complexes! As for repairs..hope you don't want it fixed for a good six months. more
