I am an RN and really look in-depth to the medical people we use. I have to say that I am overly impressed with him and his staff. I am always greeted with a smile and if I ever have to wait, I know it is for a reason and am told that there is a bit of a wait, which you don't see very often. I am always called with results and everything is done at my convenience. more

Mercy Healthcare 10/19/2005

I have used MErcy Healthcare's Urgent Care clinic several times. Overall, I am not very satisfied with the care that I have received. More often than not, my daughter and I have both been misdiagnosed causing us to eventually have to seek treatment elsewhere which ended up costing us more money. We very rarely get to see an actual doctor there and usually end up only seeing a physicians assitant. Their wait times are VERY long as well. more
