The best guitar store in the Hill Countr 1/29/2003

I have been a customer of Hill Country Guitars since it opened. Kevin is very knowledgeable and accomodating to all my special order needs. Big Guitars from Texas! 11/18/2002

if your'e looking to escape the big attitude of all of Austin's music shops go out to Wimberley...Hill Country Guitars is the best. Kevin Davis (the owner) is polite and personable and extremely easy to do business with. High quality Vintage gear at reasonable prices. A great guitar shop. Pros: nice guitars, uncluttered store, nice owner Cons: need more amps, need more acoustics, more accessories more

Best vintage shop in Texas! 11/13/2002

More like an art gallery. Owner really appreciates the beauty of his merchandise. Great place to hang out and retreat from the trinket shopping in the square. Very relaxed and low/no pressure. No pretense. more
