Love this company. Excellent personal customer service. They did shades for our LR, DR and shutters for the MBR. I am calling them again to do another room. I had 3 quotes of the shutters and they were spot on with the prices. more

The owner herself showed up with her son, right on time, and they fixed the blinds with no problem. They even threw in a couple of pieces of hardware to anchor my back door blind for no extra charge. I would use this company again and recommend them without hesitation. more

When I called recently to see if they did repairs for two minor open & close glitches, they said sure. They offered to have me bring in the blinds or to come out for a reasonable service call fee; being skittish about pulling down heavy wooden blinds, I chose the latter, and they set up an appointment. more

When it came time for the blinds to be installed, they were expertly done and immaculate cleaning done after themselves. I would not consider using any other company! I have referred them to many friends who have also been very happy customers. more

They're price are not different from other dealers so save yourself the headache and go to another dealer - they are very nice when it comes to selling the products but if the customer has to go back to get their help with warranty requests they get angry and mistreat the people!!! I had to involve hunter douglas directly into my situation because these people refuse to do their job right!!! more
