We were very happy with the service given by the Dr. Hildebrand office. My daughter knew immediately that she wanted Dr. Hildebrand to do her braces. They have a monthly giveaway ...

The staff makes you smile so big. Penny is my fave. She knows what she is doing and does it well. She makes sure to tell you everything you need to do and know at your appt. She really takes care of you. The other girls I've seen have been super sweet and comfortable with you and make me comfortable. The doc has a young and fresh attitude, is always nice and funny. The last time I was in I had a sweet blonde girl that is new working on me, she was great. I also love all the girls up front... always making sure they say hello and ask how you are. It's really a breath of fresh air to be there. I'm always leaving with my mouth hurting in two ways... one from ofcourse my braces but... from smiling so big. I would recommend this office to anyone I can possibly recommend it to. I'm just so happy I chose Dr. Hildebrand's office to come to for my treatment. They are far above and beyond what I expect... I don't know what else to say but... YAY!!!! more

On arrival, I was greeted with friendly, and inviting faces. Then, my boys proceeded to the back room with almost no wait time to have their check-ups, along the way they brushed their teeth at an already prepaired, clean vanity. During their check up, the staff were kind, well prepaired, and even joked with my boys. Overall, our experiance at Hildebrand Orthodontics was inviting, kind, clean, and very helpful. more

This is the most professional and friendly orthodonist office in Arlington, and I know that for a fact since I saw a few orthodonist for a consult before I chose Dr Hildebrand. I knew this was the office for me when I had my first consultation. more

s DR. HILDEBRAND AND HIS STAFF WERE WONDERFUL. THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL. MY SON WAS VERY NERVOUS TO GO TO THE ORTHODONTIST AND WAS WELCOMED AND PUT AT EASE BY EVERYONE. DR. HILDEBRAND WAS VERY DOWN TO EARTH AND WAS GREAT WITH MY SON. Let's be serious, no one really wants adult braces. But after having my consultation with Dr. Hildebrand I wanted to get started right away and I know I am in good hands. I have a tricky case with jaw issues and a dental implant and I feel confident that my treatment plan will result in a much improved smile and help my jaw popping and pain. Everyone was so friendly, I got in and out of there quickly and I didn't feel like an old lady in a sea of 13 year olds because the adults have their own little treatment rooms. more

On the first visit with my 11 year old daughter I was amazed at the excellent customer service!! We were immediately greeted by friendly staff that took us on a tour of the office. Dr. Hildebrand relates wonderfully to children and adults and took time to explain all details so that we understood the course of treatment. My daughter is looking forward to her next office visit. We were so impressed, we have told friends, families and co-workers about the excellet service. Thank You!! more

Gettting braces as an adult was not at all what I expected. I didn't realize how sore my teeth would get at times or how difficult eating and brushing would be. Dr. Hildebrand and his staff are always there when I have a probem: friendly and helpfull, answering questions, squeezing me in when something breaks or pokes. I just visited my dentist and he commented several times about what good work they are doing. He was very impressed! more

I love hildabrand,the staff is very nice to me and they make sure bit the time I leave that all my questions r answered and I'm all taken care of,they also keep me company and my teeth r as as straight as ever and it's only been a couple of months more

This practice is a wonderful place, especially for teens/children. You can tell they go the extra mile to focus on young adults and in doing so helps them to feel more at ease. My 14 year old daughter ( who does not enjoy dentist appointments ) actually likes the atmosphere here and isn't nervous at all. Dr. Hildebrand and his staff just seem to have a way with their patients. more

Everyone at the office is super cool. They're all so kind on the phone and in person. When I come in, it's like I'm their best friend that's been out of town for a while and they welcome me back! The service provided by Penny, Missy and the others is awesome!!! They're always very personable and professional. Dr. H has a wonderful team, and they show it every visit! more
