A couple years ago when I had a cleaning and some wisdom teeth pulled at Higley Dental, I felt I had a great experience. Coming back, I would say I am extremely impressed with how AWFUL my experience has been. I went in to get a cleaning, which was $60. I was informed that fluoride would be $30 extra. Since when has that been an extra charge? They said they would waive the fee if I ""liked"" them on Facebook. I don't have a Facebook, so I would have to pay $30 extra. I'm a college student, so needless to say I did not get the fluoride and still paid them $60 for a cleaning. I told the doctor I grind my teeth at night. He said I need to buy a $300 mouth guard. I obviously don't have $300 for a mouth guard, so I ask if a sports mouth guard would help at least a little. ""Definitely not"". How so? I'm not a doctor, but I would think that it would help from my teeth grinding against each other? Sounds to me like they just want money. I left with a seriously expensive quote for three cavities I was unaware I had. I am now going to Southwest Dental to get a second opinion. When I spoke with MICHELLE on Wednesday, I asked her to please send my x-rays over to them for a second opinion. She called me back maybe five minutes later asking which location so she knew who to e-mail, so I told her. I called again around the same time the next day to make sure they were sent over and she told me ""I never told her which location"". Am I crazy, Michelle? You called me to ask me. So I told her again which location, without getting frustrated. Keep in mind, I am never rude when I speak to anyone. I am professional, unlike Michelle at Higley Dental. I called her again today to make sure there was no misunderstanding. Her response was, ""I sent that out yesterday, like I already told you"" and hung up. Great customer service, Michelle. Be weary of these fantastic reviews. I have seen reviews on other sites that are very likely to be Higley Dental. Save your money. Don't go to Higley Dental.
