Had my car towed there/the diagnosis was to replace a fuel pump/ before they did any work they recommended that I talk to BMW as they thought the part was covered by a recall/it was. I had the car towed to the dealer and they are fixing it at no charge. HRI operated with integrity by telling me that which is much appreciated and valued. more

GTI Overheating fix fast and quick 7/18/2016

My GTI was overheating over the weekend and I have a long commute, so I needed it fixed right away. They got me in and got it diagnosed and fixed in a timely fashion. They have always been very fair and fast and I really appreciate their efforts. more
