Review of Highlands Ranch Imports Maintenance Shop 10/2/2016

I just finished my second trip to HRI for service on my 2012 Toyota. The job was finished is very good time and all required service was completed. They gave me feedback about services that will be needed in the next few months and assured me all other systems were performing as designed. I waited for my car to be finished and found the waiting area to be clean and comfortable. more

Awesome staff and service 9/24/2016

We have used HR Imports in the past for our 2000 Audi A8. They always do an excellent job. This time they serviced our daughters car before she went off to college. Exceptional service and reasonable prices! Love this place! Will continue to be a loyal customer. more

Good service and good information 9/16/2016

I have a VW GTI with high miles - they are helping me keep it going without trying to make me go for expensive repairs or service every time I bring it in to them. It is nice to not get hustled and refreshing to have honest mechanics that tell you what you need rather than what you get often at service places where they try to convince you that you need an endless list of services and replacements. more

Competitive Pricing, Quality Work & Honesty 8/19/2016

I've been using H.R. Imports for a few years now, and they've never failed to amaze me. To be clear - I DON'T TRUST MECHANICS. Even shops that don't absolutely rape customers, still find ways to encourage you to purchase services that you don't really need. H.R. Imports are a 100% class act. I'm mechanically inclined, but the H.R. Imports team do not know this, and I can tell you for the jobs I don't have any interest in doing, I take it to them and they are always on the level. They've never once tried to pull the wool over my eyes and I really am grateful they exist. I also want to point out how competitive they are in pricing. They are consistently lower cost than their nearby competitors. Ultimately, every time I bring one of my cars there, they wow me because they simply represent what a repair shop should be, and NOT the status quo. more

What I like about this shop is the thoroughness of the inspection of the car, the mechanics' ability to diagnose and repair the problem. We like their prices and we are always treated with courtesy and a friendly attitude. We kind of feel like family now! We highly recommend Highlands Ranch Imports for quality service of foreign cars. more

I've brought my 2003 Saab 9-5 Aero here for a little bit of everything. The work is always of high quality and the service is helpful and knowledgeable. They'll address what needs to be addressed and will hold off on any repairs that aren't necessary. If you want to keep your Euro running smooth, bring it here. more

Not only does Highlands Ranch Imports (HRI) service our BMW & VW imports, they do an equally-outstanding job on our other domestics---a 2014 Jeep Cherokee and a 2007 Jeep Wrangler.
