If you are considering a band for your wedding reception, High Society should be your first pick. From the planning process all the way through the last song, they were easy to work with and total professionals. Our guests in the Grand Ballroom of the Hotel Intercontinental, danced all night long and everyone was talking about how much fun the band was. They played all of our requests and helped to make it the night of our dreams! more

I was the bridesmaid for my sister?s wedding and helped out with everything, including being the mediator between both sets of parents. My sister wanted a DJ, but her mother-in-law to be was INSISTING on having this live band and even offered to pay for it! OF COURSE my parents talked my sister into the live band. She wasn?t exactly happy about it, but since my parents were paying for the wedding and figured it would help them out financially, she went along with it. The closer and closer it got to the wedding date, it really started bothering her that she didn?t open her mouth and go with the DJ. Her fear was that if the live band was terrible, the whole reception would be shot. If the DJ was bad, at least the music would still be good and everyone would still be out dancing and having fun. What?s done is done. It was all set up and only a month away. I told her to relax and that everything would be okay, even though inside I actually felt the same way she did. I had a DJ for my own wedding and everything went fine. more

They made my daughter?s wedding reception a huge success. The way they connected with the crowd and had them all on their feet all night was great. I will be in contact with to see if they can do my 40th wedding anniversary. more

They did my Uncle?s wedding. They were pretty good. They played some hip happenin? music for my generation (I?m 20) but then again I am ?The Used? fan, so it was okay. My uncle and his new wife seemed happy & that?s what counts. They played most everything they wanted them to & the family had a good time. (Personally I?d like a mosh pit at my wedding!) more

Planning a wedding is a nightmare! I did it once myself, then helped my sister with hers. If you are looking for one less thing to worry about, call High Society to do your music. The band was great, easy to work with, and reasonable price. Everyone had a great time at my sister?s reception. I wish I had known about them for my own wedding! more

First, I want to say that they are very personable and professional to deal with. They really want to make sure your special day is just that... special. They did an amazing job! The band was wonderful and kept everyone dancing all night long. My wedding videos are so fun to look back on and watch everyone having a blast.
