good community based business 1/6/2009

I have used them in many houses I own for over 10 years. They are good. They have been in the community since the ice ages. The work is good and they are honest. Gene is nice. At times they can be slow to call you back--but it is because they are so busy ( a good thing!) to get going but they are always the best price and the best work and stand behind the product. I won't use anyone else. I have paid these guys over 30k for windows and got my money worth on many many houses! more

High Grade Door & Window should be called LOW Grade 8/8/2008

Bad customer service, manners and products! I am renovating my house and working with 10+ vendors. This company was by far the worst in the business when it comes to every aspect of customer service. If you have a problem, don't count on them before, during or after the whole process. Save yourself a headache and lots of time and benefit from my review. In a nutshell, don't use this company. Cons: customer service, reliability and product more
