High Energy DJ Service Paul Peterson

This was bar none the best dj i have ever seen. I flew in from texas for my sister's wedding in sana diego and dj high energy provided the entertainment. There is not enough to say about this dj in how awesome he was. He is very friendly and personable. This dj worked the whole time never stopped and as you can imagine very high energy the whole time. He was very funny and entertaining. You can always tell that the wedding parties are always really nervous. This dj kept the flow going with ease and you could tell the bride and groom were relieved to have someone keeping right vibe going. All i can say is that there is no way to truly describe the charisma of this wonderful dj in a review. If you have opportunity hire him for your event you will not regret it. I can honestly say that there is no better dj that i can imagine anywhere in the country other than this man. more

Dj Paul Peterson was our dj for our wedding in June 2010. He was awesome!! Everyone kept asking where I found him because he was very fun and kept the party going. His rates are very reasonable. You wont be sorry that you chose him for your special event. He was easy to get a hold of and very accommodating. I cant say enough good things about him. more

Paul is awesome! My wife and I were undecided on using a DJ for budgetary reasons. We found a couple of listings online, and Paul was the first we met with because of his rates. I knew from the initial meeting that he was our guy. He made it clear that his approach was to make the event as smooth and enjoyable for everyone. He followed our desired format/song selections to a T and went above and beyond by explaining ahead of time the time frame and process and introducing himself to those giving toasts, dancing - mom, dad, best man, etc. With Paul you get the best DJ at the best rate. He could justifiably charge much more, but he is truly invested in making the reception experience memorable for everyone and takes the most pride in top notch customer service. Paul was amazing! He did everything we asked for and more. All of our guests were up and dancing right off the bat and it lasted ALL evening. There was not even one bad song! His song selection was perfect for us! Paul took a lot of time getting to know us and meeting our every request. He was willing to meet with us a second time to go over all of his services again with my dad. He then met with us a third time to go over the reception and our off the wall requests. He was willing to burn music from a CD I had for our grand entrance. He went home that night practiced and called me the next morning to tell me it was all going to be perfect! Hands down an amazing DJ...and an incredible deal! I was a little nervous about the fact that he was so inexpensive compared to other DJs, but he proved to me that money does not equal quality. more

I met Paul last month at my best friends wedding. The entire wedding party loved him right off the bat! He is amazing! He is a ton of fun and sure knows how to get a party started, the dance floor was packed all night! He's also very professional and helped keep the bride at ease, which in my opinion is one of the most important factors. Through all of the chaos Paul helped keep the event running smoothly and on schedule. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone for any event, you won't be disappointed. more

Paul did my daughters wedding. He charged FAR less than most DJs and did a SUPERB job. He is full of positive energy, had every song desired, does a good job of running the reception, etc. I cannot describe how pleased we were. Jim more

If you're getting married, and you don't at least consider Paul to be your DJ, you're missing out on an AMAZINGLY FUN party! My expectations for Paul's DJ'ing were very high. He came very highly recommended from some friends of my wife (we were just married 12/10/09). They told us he was super fun, knew how to get EVERYONE on the dance floor, keep the party going the whole time, and just a pleasure to work with. I thought all the talk was too good to be true. But when I saw him doing his work in person, HE BLEW MY EXPECTATIONS OUT OF THE WATER! I could not have expected how amazingly fun he made our reception. EVERYONE was dancing (including Paul at some times :). EVERYONE had huge smiles on their faces, having such a great time. There were times I just had to sit back and take in how good he was at keeping the fun and dancing going. He also worked as our MC and never missed a beat with introductions, announcements, etc. But that wasn't all Paul did for us. Paul showed up for our ceremony and put a wireless mic on me and our friend (who was performing the ceremony). It worked great! Paul had a schedule of our ceremony and controlled when each of our mic's were turned on so that everyone got to hear every single part of the ceremony we wanted them to hear. After the ceremony, he got over to the reception and had the party going by the time the guests arrived. To top it all off, Paul was very inexpensive. When we started comparing DJs (as Paul himself encouraged us to do), there was just no comparison. Paul charges so much less than every other professional DJ we looked at, and gave us so much more than we could have expected from someone charging 3 times as much. You can tell Paul loves what he does. He made it his mission to give us the most memorable day of our lives, and he did it. I'll remember our reception and the huge role Paul played in it forever. We hired Paul Peterson to DJ our daughter's wedding reception in La Jolla on Saturday, January 16. He was the best DJ we have ever had and I would hire him again without hesitation. Paul was professional, returning calls and emails quickly. He was attentive to our daughter's song requests and got everything right. He is fun and also smart. I found Paul online over a year ago and luckily he was available. His attention and interest during our first meeting was refreshing. He didn't seem like some others I interviewed who just went through the motions trying to sell me. On the day of,my ceremony was timed perfectly and sounded great. Good: Paul did a FANTASTIC job as the DJ for our daughters wedding and we couldn't have asked for a better person to be the MC at the wedding and reception. Paul is the ultimate professional in the performance of his profession and he ensured all our guests had a great time. My brother even came up to Paul after the reception ended to shake his hand and give him a hug he was so impressed with how Paul conducted himself during our reception.. Bad: There was absolutely nothing we didn't like as Paul kept the party going from the start to the end..
