High Desert Flooring

Wow what a great job High Desert Flooring did for us. My wife and I had looked at alot of flooring stores. We went to all the big stores and then 4 or 5 flooring stores. We found High Desert by a recomendation from a freind at church. We went to the store and was taken back by the selction. The salesman we had was very good at finding out what we needed. They gave us a free quote. The price was below most of our bids. They installed a Cherry wood floor fro Kahrs in our living room that looks great. The installers were pro's. Thank you High Desert you are the best in town. Pros: Great selections, price and quality. Cons: none more

This company states on their website that they will guarantee their installation of their products. Well lets just say that after 3mths of the install of our wood flooring it began to seperate heavily, the topcoating was peeling off, we have a sink hole in our living room from the installer not properly leveling off the subfloor. They pretty much took no ownership for the poor product and bad install done by their independent contractor. They blamed us the consumer. We had 3 professionals dispute their claim on our time and dollar and still after these professionals stated in paper that our flooring was a bad job, they refused to correct the problem. Now we have a 6mth floor that is falling apart and due to their neglience our warranty is not being honored by the flooring manufacturer. Avoid this company, they are dishonest, there are better companies out there. more
