Hi Tech Car Care repaired the air conditioner in my car and replaced the condenser. They did quality work. They met my expectations and I'm satisfied with their work.

Knowledgeable mechanics 4/25/2012

I just used Hi Tech Car Care for the first time to fix my car. They had to re-diagnose the problem when the first visit didn't fix the buzzing in my car, but as soon as I brought it back in they found the problem. They solved it quickly, and I have no complaints. The mechanics are knowledgeable and I would go back to them again. they solved the problem, I had to go back once but they were helpful and knowledgeable. Although it's only my first time using them I am very satisfied. They are a little expensive but they did good work. more

I have gotten to know Hi Tech Car Care over the past ten years, and they are a reliable family business. I know when I take my car in for a problem they know what is wrong and are able to fix ti. I am happy with the service and would recommend them. more

I have taken my car to Hi Tech Car Care for years. I have have confidence in their work and I trust them. I have a 95 toyota 4Runner and they have fixed a lot of things on it. Presently they are trying to isolate and fix an oil leak. I have confidence that they will get that fixed soon. more

I liked the brake job they did for me, though it was a little pricey, and I liked that they offer a ride service to their customers. I've had no problems with the brakes so far, and I'm probably going to be back in soon for a timing belt and some rotors too. It was a pretty good experience. more

I have been using Hi Tech Car Care for the past 23 years. It's always good service and I am willing to pay a little extra because of the warranty. It has always worked out well and I've made friends with the people there. more

I recently used Hi Tech Car Care to check out my air conditioner. I live in Arizona and it gets pretty hot here so I want my air conditioner working well. They recharged my air conditioner and checked out other things in my car. I have known them for quite a long time and they and always do a wonderful job. They look after me pretty well. Hi Tech Car Care are a very stable company and their people are very courteous. more

Excellent value for money. 3/15/2012

We have a fleet here of about 25 cars. Anytime we need something done, we take it down to Hi Tech Car Care and they always call back with an estimate. They're very quick with their work. When we need a rental car, they will pick up our customer and take them to the rental. They're extremely service oriented. Anything they can do to save me time saves me money, and I appreciate that. more

I found Hi Tech Car Care because they were listed in AAA. They have done maintenance as well as some body repairs on my cars for about the last 10 years. I have been very happy with their service. Hi Tech Car Care is close, convenient, highly recommended, and they do a good job and have decent prices. They are courteous and timely. I haven't had any trouble with them and am always happy with their work. more

I have used Hi Tech Car Care for both our vehicles, on a number of occasions. The owner and his team have expert knowledge on vehicle repair as well as maintenance. Their key niche in the market is the car owner's who pay special attention to their car's. Generally I have had good service with all the employee's there. more

Good care, great work, and helpful people. 3/7/2012

This was my first time using Hi Tech Car Care and they were great. They took my car because it had some strange noises. They detected 3 very important things that needed to be done and explained everything very thoroughly. The guy went on a test drive with me and he was very courteous. They gave me a lot of information and made me feel very comfortable. They even helped me rent a car at a good rate. Because the cost of the service was covered by warranty, I can't really comment on the price for value. In general, I felt like it was decent. The reason why I gave them a 3 star in recommending them is because I feel like I need to use their services at least 3-4 times before I can recommend them, otherwise their service is wonderful. I am completely satisfied. more

Very good shop! 6/30/2011

I have been using Hi-tech Car Care for years. I have a fleet of company trucks and they do professional work and back their workmanship up and only install parts that also back themselves up. I love their maintenance program the best since they will help me out by dropping me off while they service my personal truck. They have done so much work over the years for me from just a simple oil change to replacing a motor on one of my trucks (which I still use today). The motor even came with a 100k mile warranty! I especially like to use Hi-tech when I go out of town, they dropped me off at the airport while doing a 50k mile service on my personal truck and then picked me up days later. I cant think of a better customer service auto service group. more
