I found HiScope Maintenance Solutions on the internet. I read reviews about the good work that you do. So, I decide to schedule a carpet cleaning. The level of service that your technician game us was great and so was the quality of his work. He explained the process he would use to clean the carpet and he was very meticulous as he worked. That really impressed me. I?d give you 5 stars and I will recommend your services to neighbors, friends, and my family. more

I have used HiScope Maintenance Solutions and have been very pleased with them. Their excellent work appears to be a reflection of their integrity. I believe that they recognize that a job well done has a sense of fulfillment in their honest work ethic. They do quality work by knowing what needs to be done and how to do it quickly but efficiently. Just wanted to say thank you 12/1/2010

I just wanted to express how thrilled we are with the job your company did at my town home. The tenants left the carpet a stained, filthy mess when they moved out...so much so that we were worried we may have to replace it in order to be able to sell the property. My Wife just sent me some pictures and said that you guys did a better job than Stanley Steemer did last year when we had it cleaned. He said it looks almost new and smells great. All stains are gone, even on the landing where we thought for sure the carpet was ruined. We will recommend you to anyone and everyone who asks for a good and reasonably priced carpet cleaning company!! I would also like to have you come to our primary residence in Laguna Beach and clean it as well in a few weeks. We have 2 dogs and a 6 month old baby...so we're constantly cleaning it ourselves. Now that the baby is starting to crawl, it would be nice to have a professional company like yours come in every 6 months or so and give it a deep, sanitizing clean for our peace of mind. You arrived when you said you would and performed an OUTSTANDING JOB for the agreed price, even after you were forced to pressure wash the house twice. Upon completion, you cleaned up throughly, washed all the windows, and made sure the site was as clean or cleaner than you left it During the clean up process, your crew was kind enough to help us in replacing all of the furniture we had moved to facilitate the window cleaning job In short, we could not have asked for anything better and we appreciate all your hard work and professionalism. I am an apartment manager, and have been doing business with HiScope for 5 years. In this time, I have been approached by many other competitors promising lower prices & better quality. Being open minded, I give them all a shot - not once have I found any of these promises to be true! HiScope Maintenance Solutions uses superior products & up-to date cleaning methods for their cleans - the results speak for them selves! As if that weren't enough, the dedication & timeliness of the staff is impeccable, and conducting business with the owner, has always been a pleasurable experience for me. One word... 11/19/2010

Amazing! That?s the only way I can describe the job you did on my sofa and love seat today. I have never written a testimonial letter in my life, but your service deserved it. My Husband was to the point of replacing the two pieces, which were in good condition except soiled by use. I was looking at spending several thousands of dollars to buy new living room furniture. While they do not look new, they look as well as any three-year-old, light-colored fabric sofa and love seat I have ever seen. The last minute decision to clean the stairwell was a good one as well. With the dog and I tramping sand and dirt up and the stairs every day, I could not believe you got them looking as good as you did. The BEST service with a smile! 11/15/2010

This is in reference to Job ID #******. Our service technician was most cordial and polite and cheerfully willing to add more cleaning on to the job than originally requested. He was training a new technician and I was very impressed. He was really showing how to be a professional in the workplace. He was right on time, and I appreciated his phone call before he arrived. HiScope is HiQuality!!! 11/6/2010

Not only does HIScope provide excellent service, but the staff is awesome! You'll love setting up your appointment with Rachael, she always makes you feel like you are their top customer and is great about calling you to set up your future cleanings. While I'm sure all the technicians are equally skilled, Luis is our personal favorite (our cats really like him too). My husband is in the Building Industry and is very particular about who we do business with and he's always felt that HiScope is a step ABOVE! The folks at HiScope have taken care of our windows and carpet cleaning for over three years and as far as we're concerned, no one else comes close! more

Professionalism 11/5/2010

Hiscope, is an excellent company. I've used them for several jobs being in the property management industry. Carpet cleaning, window cleaning, power washing, pool cleaning and carpet installation. They are a very professional company and always on time. Customer service is great as well. They don't mind going beyond the call of duty to please their customers. They are one of the few companies that still feels the customer is always right. Great job Hiscope!!!! more

Window cleaning Services 11/4/2010

I'm only at my Laguna Beach property 4 months of the year, and when I go I really want to enjoy the time I have there. Hiscope has being helping me maintain my property for a good six years now. My windows are always cleaned and the outside cob webs and soot has been pressure washed off the house. I look forward to next year! more

My cleaning emergency 11/4/2010

I was very impressed with this companies ability to get all of the work done that I needed. I thought I was going to have to call several companies, and as a business owner myself, I do not have time for that. Hiscope was able to come and clean my windows, carpet and also the tile counter tops in my kitchen. I also appreciated the technicians helping me move all the extra chairs. My daughters wedding turned out beautifully! I would definitely recommend Hiscope to my friends in the future. more
