Q to the customer that gave these folks 5 stars: specifically, did you have a wireless Crestron system installed? The alarm system was not the source of our problems…the Crestron system was (and the Crestron system was also the majority of the cost or our system). Sincerely, I am glad to hear you had positive experiences with these folks...I truly wish we had a positive experience... it would have saved a lot of time, money, and frustration. We have since hired a new company to fix the problems Heston left behind. They provide excellent customer service and don't nickel and dime.
