never been treated so rude chris was a piece of work. wouldn't listen to me,and cussed around my daughter. just a over all worst stop all day. never going back..

I was forced to buy a new vehicle due to a medical issue. Larry and Dan were great, both were patient with me. I left with a Ford Escape...I was in and out in about an hour and 15 minutes....I hated the Escape, as a lifelong smaller car owner, it was just too big for me. I took it back, no questions asked and Larry and Dan were still nice to me. I now have a Toyota Prius and I couldn't be more happy! I will always buy car from Hertz, good deals, great service and being a Hertz member has advantages! more

A friend and neighbor recommended Hertz Auto Sales of Bend after their satisfactory experience. We found the car buying process to be easy and enjoyable. There was no pressure and they got us into the right car that fulfilled our requirements. The after purchase interaction with their service center has been straight forward and timely. Coming to Hertz Car Sales was way better then any other place I could of gone. Everyone was so nice and friendly. The car prices were priced accordingly and they were negotiable. I was able to talk them down on the car I wanted and I was happy about that. I love my new car Thx. more

Hertz Car Sales was able to beat every other deal I was able to get. They did whatever they had to do keep my business and I like that. They also went out of their way to make sure I was understanding all the complicated paperwork. I really appreciated all the hard work they put forth with me. more

I have always looked for my cars in a paper or online. I never really wanted to go to a dealer, I feel like there just taking advantage of you. A friend told me about there expirance at Hertz Car Sales and so I tried them out. To my surprise they really are nice and friendly. Not pushy at all, and they make sure you are happy with your choice. Thx. more

Coming to Hertz Car Sales in Bend was so easy and a great stop. I was able to get a great running car for almost half the price as some other places want to charge. I was treated very well and I recommend all my friends and family to come here. more

that time 1/17/2012

It was time for a new car and I definitely knew I didn’t want a new one. I was on a search for getting the best used car I could find. I didn’t really car about the price because getting a used car you save more than getting a new one. When I got to Hertz Car sales and looked around I came to the conclusion I found great cars at good prices. I didn’t expect to find both but when I did I was thrilled. I got a great running car with low miles for a great price. more

Feel at Ease 1/10/2012

Looking for a used car is a tuff thing to do. You never know if the person kept up on maintenance, took care if it and all of the above. You cant help how people drive but the maintenance is all up to you. When buying from a dealer, yes they go through it, but whats going on in the motor you don’t know? At hertz car sales they had every record for everything done on the car, from tire and oil changes to full services. This made me feel at ease to know I was getting a car that had a good routine maintenance history. more

Talk about a great experience. I have to say I have NEVER had the experience I did at HERTZ. They were by far more then accomodating, I have to say it was a pleasure to do business with them. I will bring everyone to Hertz to get the experience I did!! more

Frusterating is when you car is totalled and you didn't even know it was coming. A friend of mine recently purchased from Hertz Bend and had nothing but great things to say. So when I got my check for the total I went straight there! I agree Great Great Great! more

Good people to talk to 9/19/2008

I went to Hertz just to try to get out of a bad deal we got into at TS & S (described below ) We went back twice and were not pressured into anything, they even went in and did some research for us so that we could lower our debt, they were amazing honest and easy to get along with. They will only try and sell you what YOU want and what you say you can afford. I'll go back to them again that's for sure and would recommend them to anyone. On the other hand when we went to TS & S just to look and after a wile some head guy came out and started bad mouthing the guy showing us around and just jabbing him for not making a sale. He then worked his magic on us and some how persuaded us to get a car that we didn't really like and REALLY could not afford. These ppl are tricky and will do what ever it takes to get a sales RIGHT NOW! Don't go there unless you know exactly what you want and exactly what your willing to pay for it. Pros: Great honestt easy to work with people Cons: not a HUGE selection more

Slogan should be ""Hertz doesnt it..."" 1/16/2007

I suggest that if you go to Hertz to buy a car you bring a lawyer! I went to Hertz to get out of a NEGATIVE EQUITY vehicle. I was negative $3000 in a Durango. Told them i didnt want a Ford, a minivan or a station wagon. They brought me out a $28k Ford Freestyle (minivan) and said if we took it and made payments on it for only 6 months we could trade it in and would have NO negative equity. The payments were $600/month!!! We told them numerous times that we could not afford this! (we are only in our twenties and this IS Bend!) They assured us to just bring it back to ANY dealership in 6 months and we would be even and able to get into the car we wanted, no negative equity! We believed the salesman, Dutch (Sales Floor Manager) and signed the papers. 6 months later we came back and tried to trade it in and the finance manager told us, ""I cant work miracles here..."" We went to 3 other dealerships to try and trade it in and were told by the others that we had $15,000 in NEGATIVE EQUITY in the Ford!!! WE WERE SO MAD!!! We were stuck in a $600/month car payment for the vehicle that we told them we absolutly did not want and could not afford! We were told by one dealer at another location that Dutch makes $20k a month and is the one that if you go in to buy a car and decide not to they bring him in and he has a 99% sales rate! He will mess you over like you would not believe. I will never again go to Hertz Car Sales and recommend to all my friends and family that they dont either! Now we cant pay our other bills and our credit is going to go downhill in a hurry because of this terrible sale! Please please please be careful if you go to Hertz Car Sales for a vehicle. Bring someone with you that is VERY knowlegable in the car business, and DONT SIGN ANYTHING until you know exactly what you are looking at! Take care of you and your family. Go to TS and S! They are good people! more
