They do work that is asked for and required, at a fair price. They get it done timely.

Worst

We have used them many times in the past couple of years. I find the staff very honest and they promptly answer any questions we have had. The work has always been done properly...

These guys are the best. You can trust what they tell you. Twice they could have told me I needed something I didn't need but both times they were great! I cannot recomment more. more

Trustworthy 10/29/2015

I took my car to Hermitage Hills Brake Auto for an initial inspection and oil change after buying it used from a private seller. I appreciated that they were quick to tell me when everything looked in great shape and didn't try to sell me on anything extra. more

Active listening and response is key 10/27/2015

Ladies, have you ever been to get your vehicle serviced and the guy at the repair shop rolls his eyes at you or you see dollar signs appear in his eyes when you tell him something is wrong with your car? Well, I have. And I am happy to say that NEVER happens at Hermitage Hills Brake & Auto. Regardless of whether I am correct or not, the guys listen you to, check it out and come to you with what they did or did not find and then tell you what they think needs to be done. They factor in your opinion and allow you to decide before they do the work. They listen and respond. Today was my fourth visit and I am just as impressed with the facility as the first time. I will only go to Hermitage Hills Brake & Auto. more

Auto service for our whole family! 10/24/2015

Following the absolute great, professional service on my Lexus, we dropped off my husband's Buick. We absolutely are thrilled to have found Hermitage Hills Brake &Auto. This is the place for courteous, honest, home town vehicle service. We just moved here from Franklin and are very happy to have found Hermitage Hills Brake & Auto! No more big chain service centers for us. We will be bringing in our son's car soon! more

Courteous family run business 10/23/2015

We are new to Hermitage having moved from Franklin, TN. Years ago we had a family run service center but they retired so before moving to Hermitage, we had to use NTB. I am so happy to have found Hermitage Hills Brake & Auto to take care of my Lexus Rx350. The whole atmosphere of employees who want to help, are courteous on the phone and treat the customer with appreciation is so refreshing! I got an oil change, tire rotation and new brakes. My car rides great now! I will always use Hermitage Hills Brake and auto. more

GOOD JOB AGAIN!! 10/20/2015

I got new front brakes, rear brakes only needed cleaning. They rotated my tires, and balanced. They were honest and said I don't need new tires now, appreciate the honesty!! more

This is the 2nd time I have used Hermtage Hills Break and Auto. Both time I have been treated fairly with exceptional service. The men at Hermitage Hills Break and Auto explain what is wrong with my car and what is needed in order to fix it. If I need something fixed on my car I will definitely go back. more

Hard to find customer service like this 10/1/2015

Great, knowledgeable team. Fair pricing, down home service and always with a smile. Always tells us what we need, what can wait, what matters, what doesn't. And even once sent us elsewhere for body work they weren't equipped for. Will never even bother to go elsewhere. Thanks you! more
