They do work that is asked for and required, at a fair price. They get it done timely.

Worst

We have used them many times in the past couple of years. I find the staff very honest and they promptly answer any questions we have had. The work has always been done properly...

These guys are my "go to" for my car issues. Thanks for fixing my cruise control and washer fluid hoses - two annoyances for someone on the road a lot. You always put me at ease. Thanks! more

charged me $46 to tell me that what I was doing was wrong 9/19/2016

I haven't been able to properly shift gears on my car for the last week. The mechanics couldn't figure out the problem or the solution, so they basically just explained to me how to shift gears. Something I've been doing since I was 16- I'm now 28. And then charged me for the hour of "work," and I went on my way. My gears are still getting locked into park and drive. The problem is still there even though I thought I was going to professionals. Seeking help from these people was a waste of my Saturday morning...four hours of it. And a waste of $46 bucks. more

Sooo great and honest!! 9/15/2016

I took my vehicle and to them not knowing what was wrong. After having it for a day they called me back to say that nothing was wrong! I was so nervous to take it in somewhere cause I didn't want to take advantage of, and they could've done that but they were so honest I will be back !!! more

Great Team! 9/9/2016

Wanted to take a second and praise the customer service and auto work at Hermitage Hills Auto. Explained the work that needed to be done in detail and had me in and out on a brake job very quickley in time for my next appointment. I really appreciated the pride they take in their work and the team culture they exhibit. Very professional staff. I would like to spotlight Keith for taking the time out to go over some future work I want to do on shocks, struts and tires. I can't recommend them enough and I'm thrilled they live up to their local reputation! more

No brakes again! 8/30/2016

Lost brakes for third time now. Most of the lines are rusted / rotted and are failing 1 or 2 at a time. Take it to Hermitage Hills and they are very quick to communicate the problem and cost. Very reasonable pricing as well. Great to deal with. more

This place is extremely customer service driven - priced reasonable - no upsell - the best place I have been to in years - it reminds of the "old time shop" we used to have when we were younger from the owner to the mechanics friendly and professional would trust with my grandmother's car. more
