Great tuneup 1/31/2013

Al did a great job at cleaning up our heating system. He also noticed an issue with our water heater that would probably have lead to a flood in our basement in the near future. He suggested fixes and thoroughly explained our options. He did a great job, and he was quite courteous. more

Fixed Pipe 1/28/2013

Rodney, from Heritage Plumbing, was friendly and efficient. He battled a NH snowstorm and still arrived well within the appointment window. He quickly assessed and quoted the problem. The quote, which was a flat-rate, was more than I'd hoped to spend, but certainly fair and just. He had all replacement parts available in his truck, fixed the problem, installed a fail-safe, and reviewed the repair with me and my husband. All the while, he maintained respect for both my house, and my family. Very friendly; I will call Heritage with all future plumbing needs. more

Leaking pipe repair 1/26/2013

Heritage had a tech arrive within 2 hours. The repair was professionally completed in less than an hour! Overall an excellent job, although the cost was higher than I expected. more

I have been using Heritage off and on since the 90's. I have never been disappointed. My only disappointments have come the few times that I have tried other service companies. Peter M. has been my tech the last two times that I needed service. Peter ROCKS! He is the best. I feel totally comfortable with his work, honesty, and integrity. He spent nine hours on one of the coldest days of the year not only fixing my furnace,(at a great value I might add), but actually improving its performance. While he was here he noticed a defect in my hot water system and fixed that before it let go completely. Thank you Peter M. and thank you Heritage. You have a customer for life. David K. Both Rodney and Judy were great. Very nice, professional, helpful, and knowledgable. Judy had a very helpful attitude on the phone. Rodney arrived on time, fixed my problem quickly. Gave me options, and prices in a clear way. Seemed happy to explain things to me and answer questions as I watched him work. He even went beyond the purpose of his visit by labeling all the heating pipes for me. Heritage seems on the expensive end, but their employees are great, and that's why we have continued to use them for the past 15 years. more

The two servicemen were very helpful and thorough. The inspection items that needed fixed were done in a timely matter, and they worked to investigate why the newly installed third floor thermostat wasn't working until they had the answer. Once they figured out the zone splitting wasn't what it was supposed to be and could not be completed without ripping out the corner walls of the house, they put everything back to the original zone configuration, they were very apologetic and the fact that this should have been caught during the initial installation, and Chris stressed several times that if I don't hear back about a refund, I should contact him directly so that he can make sure it is taken care of. They both were respectful, very nice, and professional. more
